Our fitness classes and team of instructors offer the will and motivation to get you in shape. You can find classes that offer something for everyone, from strength to sculpting. Stop by and try a class, or jump in with both feet with a monthly pass. Your body will thank you.

General Fitness Classes

The following classes listed below are included for $50 for two months of unlimited classes and includes use of fitness equipment. Drop-in rate is $5 per class. For an additional $10, get two months of the Specialty Fitness Classes.

STEP, STRENGTHEN AND SCULPT – Challenge yourself to take that next class up a level and see what a difference it makes in how you feel and look.

POWER TUBING – This resistance training class will focus on strength for proper posture, core stability and daily living activities.

PUMP IT! – Get lean, toned and fit fast with this full body workout designed to burn calories, increase core strength and improve bone health.

F.I.R.E. IT UP! – Fierce Interval Resistance Exercise will ignite your metabolism with calorie torching cardio drills and functional resistance exercises.

SMART START TO FITNESS – A smart and safe fun class for beginners. Develop basic exercise skills.

STEP IT UP! – Get that low-impact, high-calorie-burning workout on the step.

STRETCH & TONE – Take time to recover and restore your body. This is a total body stretching class designed to improve flexability and prevent injuries from strenuous workouts.

STRENGTH TRAINING FOR WOMEN – This class provides a variety of weight strengthening exercises to sustain ideal muscle mass and muscle building goals.

ZUMBATM & WOMEN ON WEIGHTS (WOW) – Get that great cardio workout while burning lots of calories to exciting Latin dance moves with intervals of strengthening and toning to get that shape you want.


Specialty Fitness Classes

The following classes listed below are included for $50 for two months of unlimited classes and includes use of the fitness equipment. Drop-in rate is $5 per class with a reservation. For an additional $10, get two months of the General Fitness Classes.

POUND – The world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

BOOT CAMP – Interval formats that are designed to strengthen, condition and maximize your results.

SHOCK WAVE INTERVAL CLASS – This class includes spinning for cardio, rowing for strength and BOSU for balance to get a total-body workout.

PIYO – This workout incorporates effective dynamic conditioning, fast-paced, low-impact cardio-yoga flows.

INDOOR CYCLING FOR FUN & FITNESS – Get motivated with this energetic indoor cycling class.

RIDE AND ROW – Get a great core and upper/lower body workout while you spin then alternate with rowing.

KETTLEBELLS – Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness.

ABOVE THE BARRE – This challenging total body workout will be using a Barre and BOSU.


 Additional Programs

ZUMBA JAM SESSION – First Saturday the month. Start your weekend with a calorie blasting jam session that is easy to follow and fun. Cost is $5.

PERSONAL TRAINING – Is available for individuals, couples or small groups by certified personal trainers. Call (574) 364-2855 or email for details.

BOSU TRAINING – Third Saturday the month. Have fun with this strength-training workout that will challenge your entire body. You will experience multi-joint movements that help muscle groups work together. A great way to tone with extra emphasis on balance and core. Cost is $5.

General Fitness Classes

Cost is $50 for two months of unlimited classes or $5 per class drop-in rate. 

“FIT” FITNESS INTERVAL TRAINING – Take it to the Gym in this great class for building aerobic and strength endurance. This is a full body workout experience using Tabata, circuit and athletic training methods, as well as core strengthening exercises guaranteed to challenge all fitness levels successfully.

CORE & MORE – In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use limited equipment to sculpt and strengthen the entire body. Each class includes methods from Pilates and Yoga targeting the abdominals, back, glutes and hamstrings to create greater strength, flexibility and balance in the body. Modifications and progressions will be given for all exercises.
