How the new Price Planner Tool can help you understand healthcare costs

Determining healthcare costs can be confusing. Whether you’re trying to nail down pricing or make informed decisions about your care, the whole process can be overwhelming if you don't have help.

That's why Goshen Health has launched our innovative and easy-to-use Price Planner Tool. It’s our way of empowering you with the information you need to make smart decisions about your care.

The Price Planner Tool is designed to help you manage your healthcare costs in a time when it’s more important than ever to understand and manage these expenses. Before you come to Goshen Hospital to have certain procedures and diagnostic tests, you can use the Price Planner Tool to estimate your out-of-pocket expenses after insurance payments. That way, you'll have a clearer idea of what to expect and can focus on what’s important — getting healthy.

Of course, estimates can vary based on the nature of the procedure or additional services you need during care, but the tool gives you a great starting point to manage your costs. We also offer a financial representative who can walk you through the entire process.

You can use the Price Planner Tool to calculate costs for a number of services and procedures, including imaging services, cardiac care procedures and sleep studies. More services will be added soon, but the list of specific services currently available includes:

  • Bone density scan
  • CT scan
  • Cardiology
  • MRI
  • Mammogram
  • Sleep study
  • Ultrasound
  • X-ray

This feature is just one more incredible benefit you'll receive when you choose Goshen Hospital. We’re proud to provide you with the most outstanding care available by putting your health and the health of our communities first. You can feel confident in your decision to trust us with your health and the health of your family.
