Be Healthy Everyday with Goshen Health at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair

GOSHEN, Ind. – Making healthy choices at the fair may seem impossible, but Goshen Health will be on hand to help guide you through those choices. We’re here to help you take small steps to big changes towards being healthy everyday. Each day at the fair will feature a new health tip and FREE health screenings. Daily screenings include – blood pressure screenings, tobacco cessation tips and skin cancer risk screenings.

Goshen Health Colleagues from NeuroCare Center | Goshen Physicians, Goshen Heart & Vascular, Goshen Physicians Center for Weight Reduction, Goshen Retreat Women's Health Center, Goshen Center for Cancer Care, Goshen Physicians, Community Wellness and Education and more will be present throughout the fair. The air-conditioned Goshen Health tent is located between the fair office and the Young McDonald's Farm, near the main gate.
