Feeling stressed. Learn how to manage stress and THRIVE!

It is not surprising that chronic stress can adversely affect our health. You are invited to attend an informational session at the Greencroft Community Center in Goshen on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. to discuss stress management at our next Thrive meeting with Sonam Desai, a Naturopathic Doctor with Goshen Health.

Learn how our perception and beliefs about stress can help promote our health and not destroy it. We will discuss our body’s hidden response to stress. Since stress is an inevitable part of life, we will discuss ways we can cope with and better manage stress using our environment and lifestyle. The session will include a stress relief breathing technique demonstration and 5-minute guided meditation.

Thrive is a group that meets the first Tuesday of each month from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Greencroft Community Center located at 1820 Greencroft Boulavard in Goshen. These monthly meetings are free and open to anyone. Thrive provides an opportunity to connect with others and learn ways to better manage your health.
