This eating plan helps ease symptoms of gallbladder disease.
- Eat small, frequent meals and snacks.
- Limit fat to less than 30% of your total daily calories. Ask your dietitian what your goal should be.
- Choose nonfat or low-fat foods that meet the U.S. Dietary Guidelines. Read labels and look for foods with 3 grams of fat or less per serving.
