Rest assured, we treat sleep disorders
Chronic sleep disorders and intermittent sleep problems can affect your health, alertness and safety. That's why we offer treatment for common sleep disorders, such as insomnia, sleep apnea and narcolepsy.
Most sleep disorders are treatable, although not all are curable. Our patients often experience rapid and significant relief following treatment. Let us help you get a good night’s sleep – and a whole new outlook on life.
Effective treatment options
Depending on the nature of your problem, we may perform a preliminary sleep study to develop an accurate diagnosis. At a follow-up consultation, we discuss your test results, address any further testing that is necessary and recommend effective treatment options. And rest assured, we send all your test records and results to your primary care physician.
Treatments may include:
- Changes in sleep habits, schedules and conditions
- Dental devices
- Exercise programs
- Medication (over-the-counter and/or prescription)
- Modifications of consumption habits, such as eating, drinking alcohol and smoking
- Stress management
- Weight-loss programs
- Non-surgical airway pressure
- Surgical restructuring of airway
