“Our community’s positive case number and the percentage of positive cases have been relatively stable overall,” said Dr. Dan Nafziger, Goshen Hospital Chief Medical Officer and Infectious Disease Specialist. “The number of patients who are hospitalized in Goshen has gradually trended down. Still, we are seeing patients sick enough to require intensive care and there are deaths in our county and state that are preventable.”
 
“I understand there is ‘pandemic fatigue,’ but your choices will make a difference in the health of your families and friends – as well as the economic recovery of our community. These decisions need to include wearing a mask, washing your hands, staying home if you are sick, getting tested if you have been exposed and avoiding large group settings indoors.”
