GOSHEN, Ind. – Goshen Health announces a collaboration with Eastlake Athletic Clubs (EAC) that will enable them to expand health and wellness services and share information about their growing network of providers with club members. Health screenings, nutritional counseling and wellness checks are a few of the potential services to be offered. In addition, Goshen Health providers will have the ability to work directly with the EAC team to develop fitness plans for patients as needed.
“Whether we are battling obesity in our community through Center for Weight and Reduction seminars or educating the public on healthy living through our smoking cessation groups, stress management and nutrition education classes, Goshen Health is committed to improving the health and wellness of our community. Our agreement with Eastlake Athletic Clubs is a natural extension of this mission,” said Randy Christophel, President and CEO of Goshen Health. “It brings us great joy to collaborate with an organization that not only shares similar values but also a strong commitment to community wellness.”
EAC members will enjoy many of these services at no cost and at the convenience of their preferred gym location. Twin brothers, Jason and Justin Evers, developed Eastlake Athletic Clubs into the largest network of athletic and fitness clubs in Northern Indiana. Born and raised in the area, they are committed to helping the local communities stay active and healthy.
“With this partnership, we are offering education and awareness components to our member’s overall approach to health and fitness,” said Jason Evers. “We have always known these were key elements to our mission and are happy to be united with Goshen Health on this effort. In turn, we look forward to sharing our fitness expertise with their Colleagues and patients.”
Eastlake Athletic Clubs members will find a list of services to be provided by Goshen Health at their gym location in the coming months. Services will vary by location.
