GOSHEN, Ind. – September is National Cholesterol Awareness Month. Elevated cholesterol is a risk factor for heart disease. Fasting cholesterol screenings will be available Saturday September 23, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Goshen Hospital in the Arbor Conference Rooms, 200 High Park Ave., Goshen, IN 46526.
At this free event, there will also be educational seminars. You will learn more about the importance of cholesterol, the impact of your lifestyle and what you can do to improve your numbers.

Please call (877) 566-4660 to register and have an appointment for the cholesterol screening. Walk-ins for cholesterol will only be accepted if space allows. No appointment is necessary for flu shots.
