Goshen Health offers NEW and convenient childbirth course for busy families

GOSHEN, Ind. – Goshen Health now offers a combined learning option with a convenient online childbirth and newborn preparation course, in addition to live childbirth classes for busy expecting parents.  

Goshen Hospital’s online YoMingo course content is free. This one-of-a-kind tool gives expecting parents trusted information regarding pregnancy and newborns. This is also a great refresher course for expecting parents who have already had a baby. It is recommended to complete Goshen Hospital’s YoMingo childbirth content prior to attending a live class. Childbirth Express is a live four-hour class. The class offers hands-on learning to prepare for the birth of your baby. The next express class is on Saturday, December 15, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Hickory/Sycamore room at Goshen Hospital. This class is recommended for all expecting first-time parents or those who feel they need a more in-depth refresher. If you prefer an evening course, the Childbirth Series class is offered over two evenings from 6 to 8 p.m. The next class will be December 3 and 10, in the Hickory/Sycamore room at Goshen Hospital.

Space is limited to 12 expectant couples for each class. Cost is $50 and registration is required. One or two support persons may accompany the expectant mother at no extra cost.
