GOSHEN, Ind. – More than 1,480 community members visited the Goshen Health Plaza and received a free health screening during the 2017 Elkhart County 4-H Fair. Throughout the week, there was a different theme and health tip for each day. Screenings included echocardiograms, skin cancer risk screenings, bone density heel scans and memory screenings. Each day free blood pressure screenings were offered.
Goshen Health Colleagues from NeuroCare Center Goshen Physicians, Goshen Heart & Vascular, Goshen Physicians Center for Weight Reduction, Goshen Retreat Women's Health Center, Goshen Center for Cancer Care, Goshen Physicians, Community Wellness and Education and more were present throughout the fair.
