Goshen Physicians breaks ground on new family medicine location

A small group gathered today to commemorate the construction start of a new Goshen Physicians Family Medicine location in Parkway Plaza on the corner of CR 17 and CR 14/Middlebury St. at 851 Parkview Ave., Elkhart, previously Sauk Trail restaurant.
 
“We are thrilled to be expanding primary care services in Elkhart,” said Randy Christophel, President and CEO of Goshen Health. “With this prime location, we feel very well positioned to provide exceptional care with convenient access for our community in the Elkhart area.”
 
Construction completion is anticipated for late November 2021.The new office will accommodate six primary care providers. In addition, specialty providers will offer appointments at this location, including orthopedic care.
 
“This new location will offer care close to home for many families and businesses in this part of the county,” said Beau McNeff, Vice President, Goshen Physicians and Cancer Services. “We’re excited to meet this need!”
 
Facility highlights:

  • 8,478 sq. ft.
  • 15 exam rooms
  • Two phlebotomy rooms for quick and convenient lab testing
  • Two procedures room for minor skin procedures and fracture care
  • Radiology wing for X-ray services
  • Nephew Pharmacy with drive-thru service
