Natalie Kurtz, MD, has joined Goshen Physicians Pediatrics. Born and raised in Goshen, Dr. Kurtz is passionate about serving her community. She is dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of children through preventive medicine and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
“We are dedicated to expanding access to care for young patients and their families throughout our community,” said Randy Christophel, Goshen Health President and Chief Executive Officer.
Dr. Kurtz treats children ranging in age from newborns through adolescence. Her comprehensive approach to care includes immunizations, developmental screenings and well-child checkups. She also treats acute illnesses, such as colds and ear infections, as well as chronic conditions, including asthma.
With a team-based approach to care, Dr. Kurtz encourages shared decision-making with family members to provide the best outcomes. Her special areas of interest include treatment of asthma and eczema.
Dr. Kurtz received a Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. She also holds a Master of Science in biology from Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in biology from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind.
