GOSHEN, Ind. – Are your knees hurting and stiff? Join us at the Goshen Greencroft Community Center on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. to discuss knee arthritis at our monthly Thrive meeting with Lindsay Neff, a Certified Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner with Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine.
Neff will discuss how to manage knee arthritis with injections and over-the-counter medications. She will also talk about when surgery is advised, knee strengthening exercises and the importance of staying active with low impact activities.
Thrive is a group that meets the first Tuesday of each month from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Goshen Greencroft Community Center located at 1820 Greencroft Blvd. These monthly meetings are free and open to anyone. Thrive provides an opportunity to connect with others and learn ways to better manage your health. The upcoming September topic will focus on treatment options for coronary artery disease.
