GOSHEN, Ind. –
If you are expecting another baby, your child may be excited or uneasy. Learn how to prepare them for being a big brother or sister on Saturday, June 1, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Goshen Hospital in the Birch/Walnut room. This class helps expecting families and soon-to-be siblings, ages two-10 years old, prepare to welcome a newborn into the family.
Children will learn what changes a newborn will bring to the family. They learn how to hold and diaper the baby. Children may bring a doll or stuffed animal to practice these new skills. The family will also be given a tour of the OB unit. Light refreshments will be served.
The cost of the class is $20 per family and registration is required. To register for this class or for more information, please call (877) 566-4660 or visit GoshenHealth.com/patient-information/find-an-event.
