GOSHEN, Ind. – On Saturday, April 8, 9 a.m. - noon, The Goshen Retreat Women’s Health Center will host a mobile paper shredding event for the public. The event is a fundraiser for HeartStrings Sisters, which provides free mammograms to eligible women in our community.
Integra, a document destruction company, will be in the parking lot north of the Goshen Hospital’s main entrance to shred and safely dispose of any documents that contain personal information. According to the FTC, approximately nine million Americans are affected by identity theft every year.
A donation of $10 for the first five bags or boxes of paper is requested. Additional bags or boxes are $5 each. All proceeds will benefit HeartStrings Sisters.
