401(k) - Retirement Plan
Save for your future by investing our generous 401(k) plan. Pre-tax & ROTH contributions are permitted. Discretionary matching and profit-sharing contributions from Goshen Health.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
All time off including holidays, vacations, and sick time. PTO accrues on hours worked (up to 80 hours per pay period). Maximums apply. Cash-outs are available.
Life Insurance
Company-paid life insurance. Supplemental coverage is also available for Colleagues, spouses and children.
Student Loan Repayment
Have student loans? Get help with your payments if you have an RN, LPN, MA, PT, or OT degree. Up to $3,000 per year with work commitment.
Fitness Reimbursement
50% ($100 max) reimbursement on covered fitness expenses: gym memberships, fitness trackers, equipment, and more.
Childcare Reimbursement
Reimbursement for daycare or childcare expenses. The reimbursement is a percentage of your cost based on your household income.
