401(k) - Retirement Plan
Save for your future by investing our generous 401(k) plan. Pre-tax & ROTH contributions are permitted. Discretionary matching and profit-sharing contributions from Goshen Health.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
All time off including holidays, vacations, and sick time. PTO accrues on hours worked (up to 80 hours per pay period). Maximums apply. Cash-outs are available.

Life Insurance
Company-paid life insurance. Supplemental coverage is also available for Colleagues, spouses and children.

Student Loan Repayment
Have student loans? Receive up to $3,000 per year with work commitment for ASN/RN, RD, MA/LPN, MT/MLT, PT/OT, Imaging Tech, and Respiratory and Radiation Therapies degrees.

Fitness Reimbursement
50% ($100 max) reimbursement on covered fitness expenses: gym memberships, fitness trackers, equipment, and more.

How do I apply for a position at Goshen Health?

Applications are accepted through our online career opportunities page 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you need access to a computer, you may access the site at a local library, unemployment office, school, home, friend’s home, etc.

How do I create a username and/or password?

A username and password are required to register and submit an application. In order to identify each individual, we ask that you provide a confidential, unique username and password. Usernames and passwords should contain both letters and numbers to ensure that no one else has the same information. You will need this information each time you apply for a position, so be sure to have your username and password readily available.

I forgot my password and/or username. What do I do?

On the Goshen Health career opportunities website, you'll find the application login screen. Click on the “Forgot Username?" or "Forgot Password?” links to have your information either emailed to you or displayed on the screen.

Do I need an email address to apply for a position with Goshen Health?

Yes, you must have a valid email address. If you do not already have an email address, you may sign up for a free account at the Gmail™, Yahoo® or Hotmail™ web addresses. Please note that Goshen Health has no association with your chosen email provider, nor do we endorse any provider.

I've uploaded my résumé, but my application looks incomplete. What should I do?

Résumé parsing is a feature that allows you to upload your resume to our online application system and apply it to a job posting. Our system will then pull the information from your résumé into the various fields to complete the application. However, it is important that you review your application and make sure that all fields are accurate and complete. You will need to make some manual edits to your application.

What are some tips for completing an application?

Provide complete information
Use proper spelling, capitalization and grammar
Include all relevant skills and experience
Read the job description for the job posting thoroughly. Do you meet all the minimum qualifications?
Include at least three years of employment history (if applicable)

What happens to my application once I submit it?

Once submitted, your application is immediately applied to the job posting you selected. Due to the high volume of applications Goshen Health receives, only those most qualified are forwarded on to the next step in the selection process. Please check your email regularly as this is how you will receive feedback regarding your applications.
