She promotes eating whole foods, believes in moderation in everything and encourages the practice of mindfulness in eating to create an enjoyable and healthful experience.
Ally has extensive experience completing nutritional assessments, interviewing, assessing, monitoring and developing plans for individual patients. In addition, she has facilitated support groups, led nutrition classes and conducted group nutrition counseling sessions. She has worked with children, the elderly and community education. Diabetes and renal education are two areas she has concentrated on as well.
