Dr. Rene Alonzo is a board certified family medicine doctor at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Pro Park. He provides a full spectrum of care for the entire family, from newborns and adolescents to young adults and older generations. His medical services range from preventive medicine to chronic disease management. Dr. Alonzo also treats patients with acute illnesses and offers in-office procedures, such as wart and mole removal, skin biopsies and joint injections. Dr. Alonzo has fellowship training in addiction medicine and is an advocate for substance use prevention, treatment, remission and recovery. He provides compassionate, evidence-based care to address the chronic nature of the disease. A tinkerer at heart, DIY projects keep Dr. Alonzo busy when he’s away from his medical practice. He and his family are always on the lookout for new places to explore, including coffee shops, restaurants and area parks.

Lenora Hirschler MD, is a board certified family physician with over 10 years of experience. She sees patients in the outpatient setting and provides primary care for the whole family, excluding pregnancy care.
Dr. Hirschler provides primary care for the whole patient within the context of their family and community. She works to ensure each patient and family have the tools necessary to make the best decisions about their health. She listens to patients and gets to know them, to gain insight into which treatment approaches would be best-suited for them. With her guidance, Dr. Hirschler hopes to see her patients through their health challenges.

Dr. Tommy Pechin III is a board certified family medicine doctor with Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Pro Park. He has advanced training in a broad range of medicine to treat adults and children with common health issues. Dr. Pechin provides a continuity of care for the entire family. His comprehensive approach spans the spectrum from wellness checkups, routine health screenings and immunizations to management of chronic conditions. In-office procedures he provides include removal of skin growths, such as warts, moles or lesions, injections for joint pain and placement of long-term contraceptives. Family plays an important role in Dr. Pechin’s life. He and his wife, Hannah, live just miles from where Dr. Pechin grew up. His role model is his father, Tony Pechin II, MD, who also practices with Goshen Physicians Family Medicine. Away from his medical practice, Dr. Pechin is devoted to his family and his golf game. He also enjoys cooking, reading and all outdoor activities.

Ruth Fisher is a board certified family nurse practitioner with Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Pro Park. She takes a holistic approach to care as she diagnoses and treats common and complex medical conditions for patients of all ages. With a focus on preventive care, Ruth offers wellness exams, routine health screenings, immunizations and vaccinations. She also helps patients manage chronic conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. As a staff nurse at Goshen Hospital, Ruth provided direct care for patients alongside a clinical team of providers for more than 14 years. She is highly trained in assessing patients' health condition, developing treatment plans and administering medications. When Ruth is away from the healthcare practice, she enjoys spending time with family and exploring the outdoors.
Ruth fosters an environment of open communication with patients and their families and shares the decision-making process with them. She treats each patient as an individual and works with them to provide the best possible treatment outcomes.
