Staying active can be a challenge for many families, particularly when exercise routines are disrupted.

Move your body

Did you know kids need at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day? For adults, 150 minutes of moderate activity a week – or 30 minutes most week days – make a difference in how you feel.

Make time to play
