Actividad de concientización sobre la salud mental juvenil muestra la película Inside Out de Disney Pixar

To spark conversation and awareness surrounding youth mental health, Goshen Health is sponsoring a free showing of Disney Pixar’s Inside Out movie at the Goshen Theater on Friday, November 11 at 7:00 p.m. Free popcorn and water will be provided while supplies last.

The doors will open early at 5:00 p.m. for families to learn about local mental health resources, create personal self-care kits and engage in educational activities, including yoga sessions for kids and storytelling by the Goshen Library.

“A healthy mind is as crucial to a child’s development as a healthy body,” said Randy Christophel, Goshen Health President and Chief Executive Officer. “Promoting positive mental health helps our community improve their overall health and well-being. We are proud to partner with local businesses to bring this family-friendly event to the community”.
