Jonathan Newhall, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant with the medical oncology team at Goshen Center for Cancer Care. He provides clinical care for patients with cancer or blood disorders who receive drug therapy as part of their treatment plan. Jonathan focuses on managing side effects of treatment and helping patients take an active role in making decisions about their plan of care.
When Jonathan is away from the cancer center, he surrounds himself with family. Outdoor adventures—including hiking, camping, water activities and travel—entertain everyone in the family, including a Bernese Mountain dog.
Philosophy of Care
Jonathan believes every patient deserves to feel heard, understood and confident in their decisions about treatment. That’s why he listens first to patients to learn their story and understand how they want to be treated. He shares current medical knowledge to explain the plan of care and why each step is important, based on their condition.
