Maria Brown is a registered dietitian with Goshen Center for Cancer Care. She provides nutritional care and education for patients with all types of cancer as part of the Integrative Care Team. Her nutrition plans focus on reduction of side effects and weight management to promote the best possible health outcomes during active treatment and recovery.
Maria focuses on a holistic approach to help patients manage their health and well-being from the start of cancer treatment through survivorship. She offers patients lifelong solutions and interventions that promote overall health and a genuine enjoyment of foods.
When Maria is away from the cancer center, she is spending time with her husband and daughters and enjoying the outdoors on a favorite running path or bike trail.
Philosophy of Care
Maria meets patients where they are in their cancer journey. She develops personal relationships with them and provides holistic support to the entire family.
