    Abdul Basit, MD, FACP, FACC, FSCAI, is a board certified interventional cardiologist at Goshen Heart & Vascular Center. He is fellowship trained in cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology.

    Neha Batra is a board certified pediatrician with Goshen Physicians Pediatrics.     Daniel J. Berger, MD, is a board certified primary care physician at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine & Urgent Care. Dr. Berger graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine, attended residency at Oklahoma University, practiced 5 years in Oklahoma, and then returned to family and friends in northern Indiana where he has practiced the last 14 years. For more than 14 years he has demonstrated his commitment to bringing quality care and service to the community by taking on leadership roles through chairing several committees at Goshen Health before serving a term as president of the medical staff, serving a term as president for Goshen Physicians and having been a member of Bashor Children’s Home Board of Directors.     Dr. Berger has a keen interest in investigating how diet, exercise and weight control can impact our society's common chronic health problems including diabetes, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and emotional health. He devotes a significant amount of time to educating his patients on how they can take control of their diet, weight and exercise regimen and more effectively manage their health in partnership with their health care providers. He also has an interest in population health management and how effective population health management can improve outcomes for the community in general as well as individuals. Dr. Berger has put that into action by providing care in Get Fit Get Healthy’s onsite Health and Wellness clinic program with the Goshen School System on a weekly basis.     Dr. Charles Bower is a board certified radiologist at Goshen Hospital. He specializes in providing diagnostic and interventional radiology services, primarily for patients with peripheral vascular disease, all types of cancer and end-stage renal disease. Dr. Bower performs a range of radiology services at Goshen Hospital, Elkhart General Hospital and Memorial Hospital in South Bend. He is an honorary member of the medical staff at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago where he had previously served as a radiologist since 2001.

    Dedicated to education, Dr. Bower is a volunteer assistant professor of radiology at Indiana University School of Medicine and a clinical assistant professor of radiology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Chicago.

    Away from his medical practice, Dr. Bower combines interests in endurance sports, triathlon and scuba diving with his love of photography and videography. His enjoyment of music led to his serving on the board of organizations including the International Music Foundation that provides free concerts in downtown Chicago and another dedicated to the preservation of Philadelphia’s Wanamaker Organ.

    Ingrid Bowser, MS, APN-BC, ADM-BC, AOCNP, is an advanced oncology certified nurse practitioner for the Goshen Center for Cancer Care team. As a certified health care life coach, she plays a key role in developing survivorship and palliative care programs.     Ingrid is dedicated to providing optimal symptom management with a special interest in each patient's health and life goals. As an Advanced Oncology Nurse Practitioner, Ingrid has experience with home infusion therapy and has trained to work with the home administration of blood products, catheter care, chemotherapy and pain management medications for homebound patients.

    Passionate about continuing education, Ingrid co-authored research on the use of microsopheres in liver disease treatment and managed the Microsphere Program at Goshen Health. She has written chapters in recent textbook publications on pain management and External Beam Radiation Therapy. She has published multiple articles for educational credit on pain management, ovarian, prostate and esophageal cancer. She is a member of the peer review board for the Journal for Advanced Practitioners in Oncology (JAdPrO).
