A drive to help make an even better workplace



Jason (RN) knew from years of experience in other healthcare systems that he wanted to be part of positive change in his workplace. He had heard about The Uncommon Leader (TUL) culture at Goshen Hospital and thought it would be the right fit for him. He also saw opportunities to advance his education with help from tuition incentives. Jason has never looked back after joining the Goshen Health nursing team in 2017.
“I’ve been able to contribute to the training of new nurses and have a voice in driving change at a higher level,” said Jason.
While balancing his Emergency Department schedule and raising a young family, Jason also has earned his bachelor’s degree in nursing. Now he’s on his way toward a master’s degree ­– and making an even greater difference.
