What information will I need to make an online appointment?

You will need to have a copy of your statement available to aid you in adding the information required to make a payment.

What should I do if I have questions about paying my Goshen Surgery Center bill online?

Contact the Goshen Surgery Center billing department between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for any online bill pay questions. Please call (574) 364-4756.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We do not currently accept check by phone at this time.

How long does the payment process take?

Payments will be posted to your Goshen Surgery Center account by the end of the business week that the payment was processed online.

Do I have to pay in full or do I have options?

Balances are not required to be paid in full. We offer flexible payments plans and are happy to work with you. Please contact the Goshen Surgery Center billing department directly at (574) 364-4756 for questions regarding financial assistance and/or payment plans.

How do I get a receipt for the payment I have made?

When you enter your email information in the bill payment pages, a receipt will auto generate to the email address you have entered.
