Carlos Albor

Carlos is the clinical coordinator of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. His passion has always been to serve others in any way he can. Working at Goshen Health has given him the opportunity to work with patients to help create behavior change and improve their quality of life. Carlos is a graduate of IUPUI in Indianapolis where he received his Bachelor’s of Science in kinesiology and played Division I Men’s Soccer. He enjoys coaching soccer at the Magic Soccer Club in Middlebury, Indiana.


Maya Bar-Zvi, RDN, LD
Maya’s interest in nutrition came from living in various yoga retreats. She has always been fascinated by the way holistic nutrition combined with medical treatment created a synergy that improved physical and mental health, as well as a greater sense of well-being. Maya received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and completed an internship at Bastyr University, Washington. She divides her time between Nutrition Therapy and providing support for the plant-based eating component of Ornish Lifestyle Medicine, offered through Cardiopulmonary Rehab Services.
 

Haily Clark
Haily Clark is a 2014 graduate of Manchester University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Haily began her career as an exercise physiologist with Goshen Hospital’s Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation in 2015 and became a certified exercise physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine in 2016. Haily has special interest working with deconditioned cardiac patients to improve their quality of life and increase energy for daily activities.
 

Aubrey Coppens
Aubrey has always been passionate for health care, specifically from an exercise standpoint. She has always wanted to help others and to make a positive impact on the patient experience, especially knowing that they usually enter cardiopulmonary rehabilitation with high emotions. She has her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!) and recently completed her certificate as a Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional through the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. She enjoys coffee, dogs, summertime, exploring new places and spending time with friends and family!
 

Connie Dobson
Connie comes to the Goshen Health team with a background in nursing leadership. She is passionate about promoting health and wellness through a multidisciplinary approach. She divides her time in Cardipulmonary Rehab Services between traditional Cardiac Rehab and the Ornish Lifestyle Medicine program. In her spare time she enjoys boating and family time.
 

Amy Earl
As the Cardiopulmonary Assistant, Amy is the first person you see when you check in for your appointment. She finds it rewarding to see patients make progress and return to their lives after life-changing events. In her free time, she enjoys visiting with family and attending her children’s events and activities.
 

Lisa Harker, RRT
Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Goshen Health team. Her background in respiratory therapy includes critical care, long-term acute care, clinical education, marketing and pulmonary rehab. She has always had a passion for improving the quality of life for her pulmonary patients both young and old.
 

Karmin Henely
Karmin is a 2019 graduate from Indiana Wesleyan University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. After graduation, she became certified as an Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. She is now a part of the Cardiopulmonary Rehab Services team where she spends her time encouraging healthy lifestyles and changing the lives of patients through the therapeutic benefits of exercise.


Lindsey Frick
Lindsey is a Yoga Girl certified meditation and yoga instructor. As the Stress Management Specialist for the Ornish Lifestyle Program, she invites participants to regulate their nervous systems and experience deep relaxation with a variety of practices and modifications. She travels often and always has a book with her.


Cassandra Long
Cassandra leads the support group for Ornish Lifestyle Medicine, helping participants navigate their shared journey while recovering from heart disease. She loves encouraging and motivating individuals from all walks of life. Cassandra has a Master’s of Social Work from Indiana University of South Bend.
