Physical activity and eating well are key to living vibrantly. We offer general health and wellness programs for free to the families in our community.
Between May and October, kids can participate in Sprouts Kids Club, a free program held on Tuesdays from 3 – 7 p.m. at the Goshen Farmers Market.
Goshen Health partners with local schools to offer fun, interactive health education and activities at select summer feeding sites.
Community Garden
Get involved and grow! Do you enjoy gardening or want to learn? Join us at our sharing garden located on Professional Drive, just behind The Retreat Women’s Health Center.
During the summer, group gardening is offered upon your request. Connect with us, and we will have a representative of the garden meet you to share garden time with you and your friends. Help is also needed harvesting and transporting produce for local food banks. And those who participate in the garden are welcome to take home free produce! No experience is necessary.
Let’s get moving! Getting enough activity every day can be a challenge. We’re helping by providing a FREE online program, rewards, and support.
The Park Bench Fitness Program aims to increase physical activity levels in the community. By scanning a QR code on signs located near targeted park benches, community members can access free exercise videos in either English or Spanish that can be done using a simple park bench.
