Staying active made easy!

 

Staying active is one key to keeping your family well. It is recommended that adults should aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate activity weekly and children at least 60 minutes daily. Getting enough activity in every day doesn’t have to be difficult -- it can actually be lots of fun! Check out the simple family activities below. Before you know it, your family will be well on their way to living a healthier lifestyle!
