COVID-19 Visitor Restrictions

Goshen Health has implemented visitor restrictions to protect patients, healthcare workers and the public from COVID-19. Wearing a mask is required at all facilities.

Goshen Hospital visitor restrictions

No visitors will be allowed except for one healthy adult visitor in the following areas:
  • OB/Delivery
  • Pediatrics
  • Emergency room
  • Outpatient surgery
  • Outpatient services*
  • End-of-life situations (two visitors allowed)
*Scheduling an appointment for outpatient services like imaging or lab at Goshen Hospital is now required, call (574) 364-2400.

Goshen Health outpatient and non-hospital locations

  • Remain 6 ft apart and wear a mask while inside the facility.
  • No guests are allowed to attend appointments with the exception of one (1) caregiver of a minor or adult.
  • All patients and exempted guests will be screened for symptoms. If you don’t have an appointment, please do not enter and call the office for instructions.
