Healthy kids are better students

Goshen Health focuses on improving the health of our community – including the K-12 students in our local school systems. Our free, high-quality health education programs can be adapted to any learning environment and are delivered by professional educators.

Program content supports K-12 curricula and addresses community health needs such as mental health, obesity, tobacco use, nutrition, and physical activity. Additionally, many of these programs align with Indiana Academic Standards.

Our programs connect learning across the curriculum – from math to language arts or geography. We can support classroom learning with complete lesson plans and/or other helpful resources that teachers can adapt for their own. We can also work with your school to develop a custom program or event or connect you with the appropriate resource.
