Our Approach

Learning how to manage your diabetes can help you improve your health and feel your best. We can help you understand how diabetes works, how to take care of yourself and how to make choices that will positively impact your health.

The Diabetes Education program at Goshen Health is accredited by the American Diabetes Association. Medicare and most health insurance plans consider diabetes self-management training a covered benefit.

Our diabetes educators are ready to support you. Call (574) 537-1221. We can help you get the necessary referral from your healthcare provider.
