Goshen Health presentará la serie Mental Health Matters
To spark conversation and awareness surrounding mental health, Goshen Health is partnering with the Goshen Public Library to provide free, family-friendly programming on healthy coping strategies.
Topics include the benefits of physical activity, talking about your feelings, spending time outdoors, and more. Program content will be geared towards families with children ages K-5th. Programs will be held at the Goshen Public Library once a week on Thursdays from 4:00 – 4:30 p.m. starting January 18th. The program series is 5 weeks long.
