Health Screening
General Information
The goal of Goshen Health is to help our community be proactive with their health needs. One of the many ways we accomplish this is by offering a variety of health screenings.
Screenings are tests that reveal the risk of developing health conditions, some of which are serious or life-threatening. They are also used to monitor an existing diagnosis. An important benefit of a health screening is that once you’re aware of your risk, you can then work with your provider to make lifestyle changes or get treatment.
Goshen Health provides a wide range of health tests, including:
- Sleep apnea and sleep disorder risk assessment offered by Goshen Sleep Disorders Center
- Diabetes risk assessment offered by Diabetes Education
- Cancer screenings offered by Goshen Center for Cancer Care
- Vascular screening offered by Goshen Heart & Vascular Center
- Echocardiogram screening offered by Goshen Heart & Vascular Center
What to expect from your screening result
Health screening results vary from test to test. If your screening results determine that you are at risk, our experts reach out to you and help you take the appropriate next steps.
Throughout every part of Goshen Health, your well-being is our priority. We want to help you and your family maintain your health through our integrated care.
