The Summer Health Lunch Bunch program aims to improve the health of the community by providing interactive health education to students and families at targeted summer feeding sites. More than 9,500 students have participated in the program since it began.
The Goshen Farmers Market offers a free program focused on encouraging kids to make healthy food choices. Goshen Health launched a collaborative project last fall to increase physical activity in local parks. By scanning a QR code located on signs near benches, the Park Bench Fitness program gives community members access to free exercise videos in English and Spanish that give participants an opportunity to get a full body workout using nothing more than a simple park bench.

When Michael Hartnagel lost his father Ralph to cancer, he wanted to do something special to honor him. Ralph had said he was able to stay positive by focusing on his faith, family, friends, fun and fitness. Michael adopted these values to found Metastatic Mission, a nonprofit that raises money for cancer research and provides care packages to encourage patients with cancer.

Goshen Health recently launched a new garden project, supplying ten indoor tower garden units to Goshen Community Schools.
