Goshen Physicians welcomes family medicine physician Christina Dukehart, DO to Nappanee
Goshen Physicians has welcomed family medicine physician Christina Dukehart, DO, to Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Nappanee.
Dukehart provides care for patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults and is currently welcoming new patients. Her clinical interests include preventive care, women's health, obstetric care, pediatrics, sports medicine, addiction medicine and chronic disease management. She also provides osteopathic manipulative treatment and performs a variety of in-office procedures.
A Goshen College graduate, Dukehart earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and a Master of Public Health from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee.
As an osteopathic physician, Dukehart emphasizes treating the whole person rather than focusing solely on symptoms. She has additional training in cranial osteopathic manipulative treatment, a gentle hands-on technique that may help patients experiencing headaches, dizziness and certain breastfeeding-related concerns.
"We are excited to welcome Dr. Dukehart to our family medicine team," said Randy Christophel, President and CEO of Goshen Health. "As a Goshen College graduate, she understands this community and brings a strong commitment to serving patients and families. Her broad scope of practice and patient-centered approach will help us continue meeting the healthcare needs of our communities."
When she's not caring for patients, Dukehart enjoys spending time with her family and cat, attending sporting events, watching musicals and Broadway performances and going to comedy shows.
Dr. Dukehart is welcoming new patients at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Nappanee. To schedule an appointment, call (574) 537-5000 or visit GoshenHealth.com/Find-a-Doctor.
