Amy Hoffman, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, is a family medicine nurse practitioner at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Middlebury. She brings extensive training and expertise in adding value to a collaborative practice through excellent clinical reasoning and teamwork. Amy has experience working with patients across their lifespan and in a wide variety of patient care settings, ranging from office encounters to surgical settings. Amy graduated magna cum laude from Goshen College in Goshen, IN, with a Master of Science in Nursing. She also graduated magna cum laude from Goshen College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Amy is dedicated to providing quality, individualized care for the entire family. She has delivered a presentation titled “HPV: From the Cellular Level to the Human Experience” to medical students at University of Notre Dame. She has also attended national conferences on infection control and epidemiology. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
