AshLynn Weaver is a certified family medicine nurse practitioner with Urgent Care Goshen Physicians. She treats patients of all ages who need immediate care for common illnesses and minor injuries.

AshLynn is trained to provide health care across the lifespan through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of illnesses and injuries. She holds trauma certification to help diagnose certain heart conditions, including abnormal heart rhythms, heart attack and angina. Her nursing experience includes service in hospice care, trauma centers and emergency departments.

Life with identical twins and a loving husband keep AshLynn on the go when she is away from clinical nursing. She is an avid reader and enjoys a quick escape into her fantasy world with a good book whenever she has a quiet moment.

AshLynn believes strong provider-patient relationships can lead to the best outcomes. She involves patients in the decision-making process to build a holistic plan of care that meets individual needs and preferences.
