Julia Freeze, MD, is a primary care provider at Goshen Physicians Pro Park. As a primary care physician who practices general medicine for individuals of all ages and in all stages of life, Dr. Freeze places significant value on chronic disease management and preventive medicine in addition to being available to help her patients with more urgent needs. For patients who require complex specialist care, Dr. Freeze considers herself to be a mediator between her patients and other providers within the health care system.
As a primary care physician, Dr. Freeze places the highest value on building relationships. Her goal is for patients to feel comfortable sharing those aspects of their lives that may have an impact on their health, existing chronic conditions or their ability to comply with medical recommendations. Dr. Freeze values honesty between herself and her patients. She believes it is vitally important to work together to formulate realistic plans to accomplish both personalized short-term and long-term health goals. Timothy Nush, MD, practices family medicine including obstetrics at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Pro Park. As a board certified family physician, he cares for patients through all stages of life, from newborn to senior citizen. Dr. Nush treats a wide variety of health issues including everyday colds and flu, circumcisions, minor wounds, fractures and skin disorders. He also provides routine exams, vaccinations and immunizations and helps patients manage chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure. Dr. Nush is specially trained in obstetric care for pregnant women including vaginal births after a cesarean. He also treats a range of women’s health concerns from adolescence through menopause. In his free time, Dr. Nush enjoys spending time with his family and playing ice hockey.
For Dr. Nush, patients are like family. He treats everyone with the same compassionate care and concern as he would his own relatives. Dr. Nush takes a holistic approach to care and looks for ways to treat patients without medications when possible. He also places a high priority on education to help patients better understand how to modify lifestyles and manage their conditions.
