    Keith Barkow, MD, FAAFP, is physician specializing in family practice at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Middlebury.     Amy Hoffman, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, is a family medicine nurse practitioner at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Middlebury. She brings extensive training and expertise in adding value to a collaborative practice through excellent clinical reasoning and teamwork. Amy has experience working with patients across their lifespan and in a wide variety of patient care settings, ranging from office encounters to surgical settings. Amy graduated magna cum laude from Goshen College in Goshen, IN, with a Master of Science in Nursing. She also graduated magna cum laude from Goshen College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Amy is dedicated to providing quality, individualized care for the entire family. She has delivered a presentation titled “HPV: From the Cellular Level to the Human Experience” to medical students at University of Notre Dame. She has also attended national conferences on infection control and epidemiology. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

    Deborah Nethercutt is a board certified nurse practitioner with Goshen Physicians Family Medicine in Middlebury. She provides care for patients across their lifespan, from newborns to the elderly. An advocate for preventive care, Deb provides wellness exams and routine preventive treatment, including immunizations and vaccinations. She also helps patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol and high blood pressure manage their conditions. Deb has more than two decades of nursing experience caring for patients in hospital medical units and outpatient surgery centers, including endoscopy and a chronic pain center.
