Biography
Dr. Bryan Boyer is a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon at Goshen Orthopedics. He assesses and treats patients with disorders and injuries to bones, joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments.
In addition to general orthopedic surgeries and noninvasive procedures, Dr. Boyer specializes in total joint replacements of knees, hips and shoulders. He also has 20 years of subspecialty experience in orthopedic trauma surgery.
Dr. Boyer has advanced training in minimally invasive procedures to treat bone and joint disorders and injuries. He uses kyphoplasty to treat patients with fractures in the bones of the spine that are often caused by osteoporosis. For patients with pain in the sacroiliac joint, Dr. Boyer uses the iFuse Implant System to relieve pain and stabilize the joint.
The South Bend-Mishawaka area has been home for Dr. Boyer his entire life. A former athlete on the field, his sport of choice now is video gaming with occasional breaks to practice on his drum set.
