Cathy Steinkamp is a certified family nurse practitioner at Goshen Physicians Endocrinology. She provides comprehensive care for patients with endocrine disorders such as diabetes, thyroid conditions and hormonal imbalances and weight management. Cathy conducts thorough assessments, develops personalized treatment plans and educates patients on managing their conditions through lifestyle changes and medication.
Cathy has more than 25 years of experience as a registered nurse in surgical and outpatient care units. She most recently worked as a nurse practitioner at a weight management clinic. Before then, she worked at Goshen Center for Cancer Care with a special focus on caring for patients who participated in clinical research studies.
When Cathy is away from patient care, she dedicates time to her family and outdoor activities, including hiking and canoeing.
