Committed to helping people improve their quality of life, Denise Murphy, MD, FASC, is a board certified surgeon who performs a broad range of procedures. A true leader in her field, Dr. Murphy specializes in laparoscopic Rouxen- Y gastric bypass surgery, the adjustable lap band and the sleeve gastrectomy for weight loss. Prior to joining Goshen Physicians Center for Weight Reduction, this dedicated physician worked as a clinical instructor of surgery at Northeastern Ohio University’s College of Medicine in Akron, Ohio. While there, she further refined her surgical techniques and adopted the latest technology available to benefit her patients.
