About

Eleonora Meyta is a family medicine nurse practitioner Goshen Physicians. She provides medical services for patients who need immediate attention for minor illnesses and injuries at Urgent Care Goshen Physicians. She also cares for employees of Jayco who participate in the company’s health plan and their families at the on-site health clinic in Middlebury. Services she provides range from preventive and wellness care to treatment for acute illnesses and immediate care for minor injuries and wounds.

Ella’s nursing experiences in a surgery center and hospital surgical unit have helped her develop effective skills in evaluating and diagnosing patients’ medical conditions. She also is skilled in family-centered care and management of chronic diseases.

Outside of nursing, Ella’s interests center around her family. She also devotes her time to playing the piano for her church.

Ella is dedicated to building strong relationships with patients and tailoring care to meet individual preferences and needs. She encourages patients to take an active role in making decision about their health and well-being.
