Jeff Lain is a certified family nurse practitioner and surgical first assistant at Goshen Orthopedics. He collaborates with orthopedic surgeons in treating musculoskeletal injuries and degenerative joint conditions, such as arthritis. In addition, Jeff has a special focus in treating back and spine conditions. Jeff has over two decades of experience in surgical and critical care nursing, involving all phases of the surgical process. Prior to joining the orthopedic group, he served as a first assistant in a wide array of surgeries, including robotic-assisted procedures at Goshen Hospital.
When Jeff is away from patient care, he is in search of his next adventure and enjoys traveling with family, weightlifting and cycling.
Philosophy of Care
The first step in patient care for Jeff is to get to know the patient and build a strong patient-provider relationship. He listens to patient concerns and focuses on treatment options to help them feel better and return to activities they enjoy.
