Julia Freeze, MD, is a primary care provider at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Keystone. As a primary care physician who practices general medicine for individuals of all ages and in all stages of life, Dr. Freeze places significant value on chronic disease management and preventive medicine in addition to being available to help her patients with more urgent needs. For patients who require complex specialist care, Dr. Freeze considers herself to be a mediator between her patients and other providers within the health care system.

Philosophy of Care

As a primary care physician, Dr. Freeze places the highest value on building relationships. Her goal is for patients to feel comfortable sharing those aspects of their lives that may have an impact on their health, existing chronic conditions or their ability to comply with medical recommendations. Dr. Freeze values honesty between herself and her patients.
