Dr. Rene Alonzo is a board certified family medicine doctor at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Pro Park. He provides a full spectrum of care for the entire family, from newborns and adolescents to young adults and older generations. His medical services range from preventive medicine to chronic disease management. Dr. Alonzo also treats patients with acute illnesses and offers in-office procedures, such as wart and mole removal, skin biopsies and joint injections.
Dr. Alonzo has fellowship training in addiction medicine and is an advocate for substance use prevention, treatment, remission and recovery. He provides compassionate, evidence-based care to address the chronic nature of the disease.
A tinkerer at heart, DIY projects keep Dr. Alonzo busy when he’s away from his medical practice. He and his family are always on the lookout for new places to explore, including coffee shops, restaurants and area parks.
