About
Stephanie Smith is a board certified nurse practitioner with Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Elkhart. She provides comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages, from newborns to senior citizens. In addition to wellness exams and routine preventive care, Stephanie treats patients with acute and chronic illnesses, including high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol and heart disease.
Stephanie takes a holistic approach to patient care. She listens to patient concerns and provides care that is tailored to each patient’s needs. Stephanie also encourages patients to take an active role in their health and wellbeing through preventive measures and by leading a healthy lifestyle. She works closely with a team of family medicine providers and specialists to provide the best possible care.
