401(k) - Retirement Plan
Save for your future by investing our generous 401(k) plan. Pre-tax & ROTH contributions are permitted. Discretionary matching and profit-sharing contributions from Parkview Goshen Hospital.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
All time off including holidays, vacations, and sick time. PTO accrues on hours worked (up to 80 hours per pay period). Maximums apply. Cash-outs are available.

Life Insurance
Company-paid life insurance. Supplemental coverage is also available for co-workers, spouses and children.

Student Loan Repayment
Have student loans? Receive up to $3,000 per year with work commitment for ASN/RN, RD, MA/LPN, MT/MLT, PT/OT, Imaging Tech, and Respiratory and Radiation Therapies degrees.

How do I apply for a position at Parkview Goshen Hospital?

Applications are accepted through our online career opportunities page 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you need access to a computer, you may access the site at a local library, unemployment office, school, home, friend’s home, etc.
