Goshen Health sponsors Move More Challenge
During the month of September, Goshen Health is challenging the community to be more active by participating in a Move More Challenge. To participate, visit one of the local parks listed below and complete the Move More activities posted on signs along the walking paths and trails.
Participants can also enter to win a family fun activity basket by posting a Move More activity photo to the Facebook event page: https://www.facebook.com/events/1370319483173720. Photos must be posted by September 30 to be eligible for the drawing.
When visiting local parks, please remember to practice safe physical distancing and wear a mask if you are unable to stay six feet apart from those not living in your household.

- Bristol: Congdon and Cummins parks
- Elkhart County: Oxbow Park
- Goshen: Fidler Pond, Hay Park and along the Millrace
- Middlebury: Pumpkinvine trail along Railroad St and Riverbend Park
- Nappanee: Derksen Farm & Wetlands (between Woodview Dr. and Derksen Dr.)
- Syracuse: Harold Schrock Athletic Complex, Lakeside Park and Syracuse-Wawasee Trail around Lake Syracuse
- Warsaw: Along Beyer Farm Trail, Lucerne Park and McKinley Park
- Winona Lake: Bibler Park, Heritage Trail Greenway and Winona Lake Park
